@umobilesb Just migrated to Umobile from Celcom, at this moment everything looks good. It has been few weeks.
During my first few days, I had difficulties with the coverage. I will get connected to network, but in few minutes it will disconnected without reason. Called the hotline, I was informed to use only WCDMA. Yes, that was it. The problem gone! 🙂
Today I after paying my bill via maybank, I tried to view the online bill, but I cannot register and the web denied me after 3rd attempt. Called the hotline, they send me the pin, and I just logged on. Problem gone!
Thanks, at least I know the I have the support from the service provider.
