WTC Day 1

Cabarang hari pertama WTC adalah seperti berikut:

-Deep Squat

-Superman Stretch

-Hand Release Push Up

-Military Sit Up

-Burpees

Setiap aktiviti dibuat dalam 60 saat dan diulang 4-6 kali dengan 60 saat rehat di antar set.

Timing: Pagi & Petang
