WTC Day 2

Hari kedua WTC melibatkan aktiviti berikut:-

Deep squat x 40
Push up x 20
Jacknives x 20
Run 200m/2 mins high knee
Rehat 1 minit

Aktiviti perlu di ulangi sebanyak mungkin dalam tempoh 10 minit.

Timing: Pagi & Petang
