WTC Day 3

Baru masuk hari ketiga, rasa macam dah lama training. Untuk kali ni aktiviti yang terlibat adalah:-

-Burpees
-Close Grip Push Up
-Switch Squat
-Get Up Sit Up

Dalam tempoh 20 minit, mulakan setiap aktiviti dengan 20 ulangan, bila selesai, ulang semula aktiviti dan ditolak 2 ulangan. Buat sehingga selesai 20 minit.
