I call it strange because I have never met it before. At least, not before the migration to the new server (so I was informed).

First issue is about 403 Forbidden.

I can access www.something.com/somefolder/index.php

but strangely cannot get

www.something.com/somefolder/index.php?q=somequery

It’s just a query string.

Second issue with phpmyadmin, able to access but cannot get it working properly.

Both have been reported about same time 9.24pm, let us see how quick Exabytes can help me.
