Symptoms:- no ring on callers phone, but the call timer is on, about 30 seconds then there is a voice message informing the phone is not answering. Or in the log file you got ‘no answer’ notes.

This is possibly due to the route. The PSTN or GSM gateway configured only to allow outbound call from trusted IP address (supposed to be your Asterisk box).
